Next!!!

I can't believe its almost the end of January. My life is about to change forever as next month I hit the Big 30 !!!!! Man am I getting old!  

Zaan had his first sleepover here in minot last night. His friend Kevin got to come over and spend the night. The boys all had a great time!  They all dressed up in different super hero costumes and played until about ten thirty or so. Then they finally zonked out !  Ah sweet quiet. :)lol

Then bright and early this morning at 7am they all woke up wide awake with a ton of energy. Which means LOUD noises all over the place.

Well I think its about time to take little Kevin back home to his dad. So thats all for now.

Uhm cold happining here in Minot

Well the winter has finally arrived I guess, this morning it was -9 out. With the wind going it was a might cold here.  The weather man says its going to stay for a bit so I plan on staying indoors as much as possible :) Zaan got his report card today for second quarter and he is slowly improving. Still a couple of N's but overall improvement!  Xander is absolutely loving his new daycare.  He also has a cute little "girl" friend. Her name is Kaylie and Xander makes the cutest face when you ask him about her. I need to catch a picture of that face:)  Soon I hope! I have finally found time to start scrappin again and it is sooo nice to have some relax time and get some of these thousands of photos on a page! 

Not much going on here just work and the boys and the house as always. Did take some pics of the boys the other day. I was trying to get a nice picture of the two of them (but they can't leave each other alone in such close proximity,) so I will post those!

After Christmas catching up

I guess I need to  catch up on the happenings.  Couple of days before Christmas we made sugar cookies and I got some good pics of the boys cookies after they were done decorating them.  Here they are.

Xander had a hard time with the icing bottles but we tried hard !

Then on Christmas eve we talked to Lorri on the phone and she wanted the boys to open their gift from her while she was on the phone so that is the next couple of pictures. 

 

After that is was off to bed and Santa would come.

We drove and looked at Christmas lights around town and the boys were out by 7:30 pm so we were hoping that we could just put them to bed when we got home around 8 and they would stay... it worked for Zaan but Xander wanted none of it he was up till about 10:30 or so.  

700am the next morning Zaan was up and rarin to go!  We had to pry Xander out of bed as he loves his sleep but that morning I think Zaan had to pry me and Xander out of bed! Brad of course being the early bird he is was already up. 

Christmas break begins...

Here are some pictures of Zaan at his 1st grade holiday play 21 December 2007, stupid me didn't think to record it, but I  got some good pictures. 

Today we were listening to some music and  the hairdryer was laying around. Zaan decided that he was going to sing along as he liked the song,  Life is a Highway by Rascal Flats from the movie Cars. So we video taped part of it.  Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
